Sourcing mode is Price Check for the aisle. Scan the find, type the price on its tag, and get BUY, MAYBE or PASS with the math shown, so a $4 vase is a decision, not a gamble.

How the verdict works

  1. Scan the find. Price Check identifies it and finds what the same item is listed for on eBay now.
  2. Enter what the store is asking.
  3. VendorSnap estimates the sale price, takes off fees, and shows the profit and margin.
  4. You get BUY, MAYBE or PASS. A shaky match is never a BUY: when the identification is unsure, the best it says is MAYBE.

Shipping is not included in the estimate, and the app says so under every verdict.

Your finds list

Every scan is saved to your Sourcing list with its verdict, so you can compare finds at the register, and turn the ones you bought into inventory with one tap.

Does Sourcing use my Price Checks?

Yes. Each scan is one Price Check. You can switch Price Check off in Sourcing to just photograph finds.
