Booth rent calculator
Does your booth pay for itself?
Rent, commission and card fees come out before you see a dollar. Enter yours and see how much you need to sell each month to cover them.
How the math works
- Take per sale: the mall's commission, plus about 3% on the share paid by card if your mall passes card fees on.
- Margin per sale: the average sale, less that take, less what you paid for the item.
- Break-even: rent divided by the margin per sale is the number of items you need to sell. Everything after that is profit.
Also selling online? A slow booth month matters less when the same items are listed on eBay and Etsy. See VendorSnap for antique booth vendors and our guide to pricing items for an antique booth.

Questions and answers
What is a typical antique mall booth rent?
Rent varies with the size of the space and the town. Many malls also take a commission of around 10% of sales and pass on card fees, so compare the total cost, not only the rent.
List it everywhere. Sell it anywhere.
One photo prices it, one tap lists it on eBay and Etsy, and a sale anywhere takes it down everywhere else.
