The best crosslisting apps, compared honestly
There is no single best crosslister. There is a best one for how you sell. Here are eight, with what each costs, how it takes listings down, and who it suits.
The short answer
- You sell in person and online: VendorSnap. It is the only one here with a free register, and a sale there ends your eBay and Etsy listings.
- You sell on five or more marketplaces: Vendoo or Crosslist.
- Poshmark sharing and offers matter most: Nifty or PrimeLister.
- Lowest price for many marketplaces: Flyp, at $9 a month after 100 free days.
- You run a store with staff or consignors: ResaleOS.

VendorSnap covers fewer marketplaces on purpose: it uses official APIs for eBay and Etsy so delisting works with your computer off, and your own sign-in on your phone for Facebook Marketplace. It does not list on Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Grailed or Whatnot.
What to look for in a crosslister
- How listings come down. A browser extension that checks every 10 to 15 minutes only works while your computer is on and awake. Ask what happens at 2 a.m.
- Which plan includes auto-delist. Some apps keep it for plans that cost $40 to $99 a month.
- Whether it works from your phone. Several crosslisters need a desktop to crosslist at all.
- Your in-person sales. If you sell at a booth, table or shop, those sales need to take the online listings down too.

It depends on how you sell. VendorSnap is the best fit when you sell in person and online. Vendoo and Crosslist cover the most marketplaces. Nifty and PrimeLister lead on Poshmark automation, Flyp is the cheapest, and ResaleOS is built for stores.
Which crosslisting app has a POS?
VendorSnap includes a free register for cash, card, Venmo and Zelle. ResaleOS includes a POS from its $89.99 a month plan. Vendoo, List Perfectly, Crosslist, Nifty, Flyp and PrimeLister do not have one.
Which crosslisters work without a computer?
Nifty runs in the cloud. Crosslist and VendorSnap end eBay and Etsy listings from their servers. Vendoo, List Perfectly, Flyp and PrimeLister rely on a browser extension on a computer that stays on.
